Service Agreement-Core Principles
Sanitation is (and should be) the most important concern of every person involved in the food service/food processing industry. Each owner/employee has inherent responsibility to protect the health and safety of the public, as best they can. The maintenance of sanitary conditions is not optional or discretionary. It is mandated, regulated and a predictable cost of doing business.
It only takes one food-borne illness to substantially impact a business's image, credibility and bottom line. Just the perception of unsanitary food preparation conditions can ruin a business’s reputation and chances for survival.**
Can your business afford to take this kind of risk? We think not.
But, can your business afford to manage this risk? Absolutely!
We will work together to custom design a plan to meet your business unique needs and YES, it will be affordable. We will show you how the cost of our service is almost always offset by objective savings in other areas of the budget. In other words, our service pays for itself! We hope you agree that that is affordable.
Core Principles
All successful businesses are able to anticipate their customers’ needs and then meet those needs in a mutually beneficial way. Businesses that survive recognize the importance of this symbiotic relationship and nurture it by continually adapting to new challenges. We have been listening and our service model is changing as a result. We are moving away from being a reactive, "On Call" service to a proactive, scheduled service. Therefore, in an effort to provide the ultimate customer service, guarantee compliance with State and Local Health Code Regulations, and offer the lowest prices possible, we have developed a customizable yearly service agreement. The core principals guiding this plan are as follows:
· Fix the yearly cost of maintaining sanitary cutting board surfaces and establish an affordable payment plan that compliments your budget.
· Establish a proactive service schedule. A “Certificate of Service” will be issued after each service. It is a written record documenting dates of service, work performed, general notes and the next scheduled date of service.
· Ensure the lowest prices for the highest quality, new cutting boards – delivered and installed. Our wholesale suppliers are committed to beating any reasonable quote.
· Guarantee timely service to correct any cutting board related Health Code Violations at no additional cost for resurfacing. If new cutting boards are required the cost will be billed according to the Service Agreement.
We look forward to evaluating your needs, developing a service plan and earning your business. Give us a call or send an email to schedule a consultation.
“Emergency” or “On-Call” Service
We will continue to offer “Emergency” or “On-Call” service for all new and existing customers. This program will continue to offer significant cost savings when compared to replacement costs. But, as should be expected, it will cost more when compared to being on a yearly service plan. The good news is that you will be given the opportunity to convert to a yearly service agreement and realize those savings immediately.
