	CBR’s unique, mobile service for resurfacing and restoring stained, gouged and contaminated cutting boards to “like new” condition will extend the functional and sanitary lifespan of an average ¾” thick, cutting board by as much as 8 times allowing it to be safely REUSED many times before it must be replaced.
	This will directly REDUCE the need to purchase new boards.
	Restoring and REUSING a used cutting board keeps it out of the landfill. The shavings are easily compacted, REDUCING the impact on landfills.
	If a cutting board becomes damaged, parts of it can usually be salvaged, resized and finally, repurposed for other uses.
	Regularly scheduled resurfacing will reduce the amount of hazardous chemicals needed to keep them clean and sanitary.
	Lastly, clean boards will reduce perishable product shrink (spoiled food) by increasing its shelf life and the possibility it will be safely consumed rather than thrown away.
